A modern structure complete with split unit air-conditioners

There was a good view for the room in the front.  The building sat on top of large piece of land. There was a lavish compound, with plenty of land at the side of the building.

At he time of our visit the building appeared well maintained. Not in use, the facilities seemed to be in an operating state.

There was a caretaker present. He decline to comment on its status. But he did say that the place last took in guests, a couple of months back.

From the looks of things, the assigned contactor could have problem managing the outfit. There was no notices placed to inform the public, like us, who wished to get a room in this Rest house!
